The Soho street will be part of Dubai Creek's Retail district. The design philosophy is to create a Street and Square destination within the shopping journey which will ultimately create a gathering place for families and friends. Through the unique street character and lightweight transparent roofscape, the approach has been to move away from a ‘typical’ mall environment by creating an outdoor street feel. Streetscape materials are reflected on the principles of ‘town centre’ planning, using natural paving materials, plants, natural light.
