The design intent of Marassi villas is to create a unique design which brings contemporary and traditional Islamic architecture together. Large curtain wall openings are used on the walls facing the pool and gardens whilst solid insulated walls are preferred for the other ones. The contemporary approach of the massing is enriched with details around windows, Islamic patterns and roof terrace access creating a harmonious refined design.
